Tool for removing and installing the N63 / S63 injector like BMW
Special tool for removing and installing injection nozzles on BMW direct injection engines
For use as BMW OEM: 130 320 and 2249115
Procedure:
Convert the tool to match the correct version.
Remove the engine cover, flush the ignition and the necessary cables and plugs.
Put on the tool and tighten, lubricate the thread of the tool, tighten the connector 5NM counterclockwise,
if the torque is exceeded during extraction, the injection nozzle must be replaced as correct operation can no longer be guaranteed.
The nozzle is pressed in with a torque of 2NM.
